Question: What are the foreclosed homes doing to the rental market in CA?
Answer: Not sure about CA, but where I live (another depressed area) the rental market is booming. I mean price your place right and the phone rings off the hook. All those people that are losing their jobs have to live somewhere, I guess.

I want to find foreclosed or repossessed homes for sale.
Answer: This is asked in Y A everyday, and the short answer is that free sites don't exist. And the ones you pay for are not renowned for their accuracy.

Question: what happends if you buy a foreclosed house but it still has taxes and you dont pay the taxes what happends?
i know someone who bought a foreclosed house and it still had taxes on it i think it was the school district taxes does anyone have an answer to this?
Answer: the city can repo it if the backtaxes aren't paid
