Question: im thinking about buying a foreclosed home?

in northern california after i am done paying off the little debt that i do have. where can i get more information on this to start saving up??

right now i am currently single and i want to bank in on this opportunity to see if i can save up for a house. i dont know if this will be out of my means, but i do want to save up. i was thinking of having my mom and sister move in with me and help with mortgage payments. let me know what you guys all think?

i will be making close to 30k a yr
my sister works p-t and contributes $200 in monthly bills
my mother makes 800 per month with state disability. is this possible? let me know!!

This is a problem. Aside from being low income you have to have 2 years of steady income.
