Clean Up Foreclosed Homes
Question: I have zero credit and the only account at the bank ive ever had was a savings. Selling Foreclosed homes?
i really have nothing for the bank to look at. i have no idea how mortgage works or loans. im blind to a lot of what i need to know. how do you get credit? because getting a credit card sounds really horrible to me, and im not sure how well id pay it off. everyone starts sometime right? well i want to sell foreclosed homes because you can get a lot of profit from houses you clean up and sell for more than you bought it for. i like sprucing things up and its the only career path i have at interest right now. help me?

Answer: 1. to build your credit get yerslf a "secured" credit card and make the payments on time! If you're not sure "how well" you;d pay it off you're not ready for it!
2. start off as a "bird dog" for Investor types. You find deals and bring them to the "money bags" you keep a finders fee of course and you get an education in the process!
