Foreclosed Mobile Homes In Texas
Question: Where can I find mobile home auctions?
I'm talking about foreclosed homes for pennies on the dollar, not the supposed foreclosures at dealers that aren't that cheap. I bought a small tract of land and would like to find an affordable home to put on it. Anywhere in South or East Texas would be good. Thanks!

Answer: Try the local tax assessor for your area. These tax foreclosures are often held once or twice a year.
Some people will not pay the personal property taxes on their mobile homes due to inflated values & don't realize they can contest the assessed value.
