Question: In Fremont, California. If my house foreclosed. Can I buy back from lender or new buyer within certain time.?
Some one told me I can buy back my lender foreclosed home. Within 45 days after auction sale. Please help. Home was in Fremont California. 7-23-09

Answer: Yes, you can. You do not really buy it, you reclaim it. You have to pay off your original loan, and all of those legal fees.
You have 6 months from your foreclosure date.
