Renting Foreclosed Houses
Question: if a house is being foreclosed on can the bank kick out the tenants that were renting the house?

Answer: They surely can, and that is exactly what the bank will do. Even if you have a lease agreement, the lease will not transfer to the bank in such an involuntary sale. Once the bank takes possession, you would have about thirty days to vacate the premises.
