Question: Extreme Makeover Home foreclosing?
What do you think about this? These people had an enormous home built for them by Extreme Makeover Home people, took a loan out using the home for collateral, and the business they started with that loan failed.
Now their home is being foreclosed on.
I really feel bad for them, don't you?

Answer: I really don't feel sorry for them at all. They shouldn't have used the house for collateral in the first place. They were obviously destitute or they wouldn't have been chosen to receive the gift of a new home. It is commendable that they wanted to start their own business but they shouldn't have gone at it full throttle. They should have started small and worked their way up as they earned some profits. They also had $250,000.00 cash. Did they blow that as well? It's too bad but they shouldn't have gambled and lost what was given to them in kindness.
