Question: I have been renting a house 4 a over 15 mos and the land lord sold it in a short sale to prevent foreclosure?

How much notice does he have to give me, i heard the law in California changed and it is a 60-day notice instead of the 30-day notice if you have been a tenant for at least 1-year, someone please help, i have smaill children, any assistance in answering this question is greatly appreciated
