Question: foreclosure i new jersey. living in florida?
my question is this. I am being foreclosed on in new jersey. i own a home and now live and work in florida. what are the possible worst case scenarios for me. would new jersey laws apply to me now that i live florida. i know florida has tremendous asset protection laws. what can they do to me?
