Foreclosure Law New York

Question: If a house is already starting the foreclosure procedure does that mean that there is NOTHING that can be..???

Answer: The government is not involved with the foreclosure.
Foreclosure happens when the buyer defaults on their loan.
Until the foreclosure is a done deal you can come up with the money you owe and stop the foreclosure. You usually have about 8 weeks. No one will prevent you from stopping the foreclosure, that is the optimum occurrence for everyone involved.
