Question: House I am renting is going into foreclosure?

What are the laws for south carolina on tenant rights. We just relocated to the Columbia area from Spartanburg in July. Now I find out that the place is going into foreclosure and we need to move. The land lady offered us another place but the floors are all buckling in that and she says she is not fixing it, so we don't want to live there. We can't just go out and pay deposits to all of these people again to move, we did this move on a relocation package from his new job. What can we do? Please help, thank you

Answer: you will have to move becuase of the forclosure

theres no stopping that

i wouldnt trust this landlord for anything, definitley not another house!
