Question: How can I find foreclosed houses or homes going to auction in Philadelphia?
I am looking for cheap rental properties in Philadelphia. I always use craigslist but I know there are other sites. I dont want anything that you need to pay for or even sign up for. I just want to view REAL listings. Maybe a banks personal foreclosures or auctions. It doesn't have to be foreclosures nessacarily. I was looking on Trulia and they show you the homes with no address and no contact info.. ? Help please. Thanks
and when i say rental properties, i dont mean for me to rent. I want to buy and rent out.. just to be clear>
Answer: All bank foreclosures must be recorded at the County Recorders Office. Start there. If they are not online, there is a computer at the front desk with all the information.
You can get all the Wells Fargo repo's at www.PASREO.com (i don't work for them) .
Countrywides are www.COUNTRYWIDE.com ( i dont' work for them).
