Foreclosed Commercial Properties For Sale

Question: Foreclosed property in DC?

NOTE: I ASKED THIS QUESTION PREVIOUSLY AND JUST GOT A LOAD OF VESTED INTEREST FLANNEL FROM REALTORS TRYING TO TALK THE MARKET UP (E.G., “…FORECLOSED HOUSES SELL FOR MARKET VALUE, THERE IS NO REASON FOR THEM NOT TO” ETC.). Here is my question; if anyone has GENUINE information, please let me know. Realtors please stay away.

Hello — I live in DC and am looking for a foreclosed property as the only way of being able to afford a home here. However, every website I go to seems to be a commercial venture: once the site is entered and a property found, registration and / or payment is usually required. Bank owners of foreclosed properties will be keen to sell these without barriers to viewing, so these register sites are obviously just skims and scams — how do I find a place that lists such properties for sale?

Answer: Try oreolist.com they are not an RE agent site. All it does is provide a list of links to banks that have their foreclosed homes for sale on their web site. There is no signing up or anything.

Question: Is there a program in GSIS such as condonation or restructuring for foreclosed GSIS property in Manila?

Four years ago, the creditor was not able to continue her monthly amortization that’s why the property was foreclosed.

Answer: Foreclosed properties are being sold by GSIS to members and non-members alike.

To view the latest list of properties available, you can visit the GSIS website at www.gsis.gov.ph or inquire from the Disposition of Assets Department of the GSIS home office in Pasay City or from the nearest GSIS field office.

Question: Why does Obama support $4 billion in funding for groups to buy foreclosed properties?

That’s the only provision in the mortgage bailout that the White House opposes. Obviously it doesn’t help anyone facing foreclosure, just the banks…and oh…the people who get the funding to buy the properties. This would be groups like ACORN.

Japan Foreclosed Properties

Question: Is there someone who are interested in foreclosed properties in japan?

I want to make website that inform about foreclosed real estate in japan.even foreigners can purchase japanese real estate cheaper than other way.when foreigner come to japan, they try to rent a apartment.but there are a lot of landlords who reject foreigners.because some foreigners do not keep rules.but, if you buy a apartment,no one oppose it.
and in japan, when we purchase real estate we hire agent.but they charge a lot of money.in general, they charge you 5 percent of real estate price.but when you buy properties in action managed by court house, you do not need agent and you can buy it at reasonable price.
what do you think my idea?are you interested in foreclosure in japan?

Answer: It's very brilliant idea actually, but is important for you to make an agreement with the owner of that propertiy(s) in order to the buyer not contact directly with the legal agents of the party(s) of that properties. Because, when you build that website, you must put the address of that properties including office or agents. It's better you make agreement for example : take only 2% from real estate price ( making agreement with general marketing manager of real estate ) or if they will not accept your propocal, try to make agreement with seller ( agents ). But I havean an idea, try to build a website and asking sponsorship is better and not spend the time. Good Luck, My Friend..

Question: Where’s the best place to find foreclosed/pre-foreclosed property in Northern VA/Washington, DC area?

Answer: The current leader on the internet relating to providing information on foreclosures is recognized as RealtyTrac however you do have to pay to receive their informational services on foreclosures. You can also contact your local banks they have OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) departments that handle the properties they have taken back.
There are others that we have found list them on the internet
In this forum participants, such as myself, give opinions on subjects that they feel they know the answer to and sometimes those opinions sound exactly like the right answers but they might not be due to the varying laws in each state, and anyone can make a mistake, that’s why I like to give links to resources that you can check all answers against, including my own opinions, in case my opinions are wrong. Since most of these links are from state & federal government & non profits sometimes they change them, let me know if the links are wrong so I can go find the new ones. So to that end here are some links that you might want to check before relying on information and opinions that you get in here, and that you might be considering following up on and as always verify everything with a licensed professional.
