Question: Is Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) even more disgusting this year than last?

He is on CSPAN today lashing out at Americans who "lied on their mortgage applications" and those who are being foreclosed. He says millions of people "brought it on themselves." That rotten , stinking GOP minority leader in the House is worse than Pelosi (D). Hell, those people are the rich and spoiled who must go. Never forget, never allow people like thse in public office.

They should be hung on the steps of the Capitiol Building.

Involving Pelosi in Boehnerism--sorry, she's the target of a Republican smear campaign. She's doing a relatively good job; he obviously isn't as you noted.

The financial crisis was caused by three things:
supply-side economic totalitarianism--a neocon invention.
conspicuous overconsumption using fake credit systems--a neocon invention.
collectivist federal monetary,corporate and bureaucratic tieups--an 85% neocon creation.

It's hanged, not hung; you can't do it on a set of steps; you'd need a gallows and a lot more equipment.
The action would be struck down as cruel and unusual punishment even by a right-wing court.
So here's my idea for all bad politicians---make them live on the least salary, with neocon- created inflation, and on the amount of money we the victims of injustice have had to live on all our destroyed lives.

Only one thing scares dictators--having to live as their victims do,. Not prison, not the death penalty--that's what scares them.
Put the rope away; get out the keys to the cheap trailer with the 12" TV set.

Question: Is there any way to find home foreclosures for free?

I am trying to find a website that has complete foreclosure listings for free. Every time I look on the web the foreclosure sights say the listings are free, but in order to look into this any further you have to pay a fee with a debit or credit card. Is there any sight that truly is free? A sight that will give you addresses without having to pay? Thanks for answering if you can!

Foreclosed Mobile Homes

Question: I'm upside down on a mobile home, but moving onward and upward, regardless...?

I live in a Mobile home in PA. I'm upside down on the loan (29K balance - sell maybe for 10-12K, if park allows).. I am buying a home with my fiance, will be closing in about a month, once that transaction is final, I will be disposing of said mobile home one way or another... Two lawyers officially told me if I walk away and they foreclose, wait a month or two after foreclosure and get married, then any judgement becomes unenforceable, leaving only my credit to suffer... is this really true, it feels wrong? What would be the tax implications? Also, what about quick options such as short sale or deed in lieu? Tax implications there as well? I would hate to work out a deal with the mortgage co. for 25% and then get stuck with a tax liability next year for the rest... I will not spend any money trying to sell or fix up, but will pay the park rent till disposal to avoid problems there........ any wisdom out there?
