Question: Where can I find a free website for a list of foreclosed properties. ?

I've looked at a few sites that say they are free until you are ready to see the properties and then they ask for money to continue. Thanks in advance for the help.

Answer: Any Realtor or Realtor's web site can provide that information for free. After lenders foreclose, they list the properties with Realtors. Those listings go into the MLS, where they're accessible by any other Realtor. It's that simple. And free.

They are 7-10 days behind the power curve, by which time the folks have been swarmed by bankruptcy attorneys, hard money lenders, and real estate agents. You want to work that market, you need to pay for the services that get the information out while it's still useful.
