Question: The apartment I am renting is being foreclosed on Nov 28, and the landlord hasnt said anything. Advice?

I just started renting an apartment 3 days ago, and yesterday an attorney came to my door and gave me a notice stating that the house will be foreclosed on Nov 28. The landlord hasnt said anything to me about this. Also, i do know that there is a company wanting to buy the property to build condos there because of the location. So i guess what I am asking is, what are my rights? Should I even unpack?

Answer: This kind of thing really pisses me off. That landlord should have told you. No I wouldn't unpack, I book it the hell out of there this weekend. I certainly hope you didn't give them 1st and last. You probably won't be getting any of it back. I would go and file a complaint with the city about this landlord.

Question: Do you want higher taxes on top of everything else? ?

Since voting in a democratic congress in 2006 we have seen: Consumer confidence plummet, regular gasoline soar from $2.19 to over $4.00 a gallon, unemployment has increased 15%, American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate, 1% of American homes are in foreclosure, the stock market has dropped 4000 points, billion dollar banks needing to be bailed out by the federal government, and we're experiencing the highest inflation rate in over 27 years.

ON TOP OF ALL THIS are you sure that voting for Obama so that he can raise our taxes and spend more than Bush is a good idea? Seriously?

>

Answer: gas was $1.46 a gal before Bush so your point is ?

nothing else can be blamed on the Democrat controlled congress because time after time republicans on Y/A have said it's a democrat do nothing congress so I'll take there word for it. they have done nothing because they do not have enough votes to do anything and what ever does get through Bush veto's

so that must mean past republican policy's are to blame for the current problems facing the nation.
