Is there an absolute free listing site out there for "foreclosed homes".One that you don't have to sign up for a 30 day trial,etc....I am looking to purchase and re-sell.

Answer: Foreclosure sites are a terrible waste of time and money. Don't bother.

The vast majority of REO properties are offered through Realtors, so you can go to any decent RE website, Realtor.com for instance, and get information.

Flipping is a bad proposition right now. House values are down in most areas, homes are sitting for a lot of DOM which cuts into your bottom line, so I would rethink the flipping idea right now. If you can purchase, rent them out until the market recovers, then sell, that might be something to consider.
