Question: What are the foreclosed homes doing to the rental market in CA?
Answer: Not sure about CA, but where I live (another depressed area) the rental market is booming. I mean price your place right and the phone rings off the hook. All those people that are losing their jobs have to live somewhere, I guess.

Stop Foreclosure New Jersey
Question: Can a person stop foreclosure on a home while they are only collecting unemployment compensation?
this person was injured on the job in new jersey and back was operated on twice and than given unemployment status when workers comp ran out. Is able to work but not at that previouse job.
